When One Store is Not Enough to Satisfy the Market Demands... Expand!
It's a fact that online businesses have a huge success nowadays, but smart entrepreneurs have also found new, exciting ways to grow businesses where the direct interaction with the customers brings the most of the profits. Bringing a store business to a certain level of profitability requires a lot of work and dedication, no doubt about it, and marketing strategies play an essential role.
Fortunately, the store commerce is continuously growing and expanding, letting small entrepreneur no other choice but to open new locations in order to satisfy the customers’ demands. Opening a second or more locations of your business must be a carefully planned move, as this might take you to a higher level or put an end to your current business (if you don't pay attention to details).

4. Gather the necessary budget for arranging and opening the new location! At this stage of the project, you might already be informed of what your options are regarding the funding for a second location. You already have experience in obtaining funds, so this might not be a problem for you. You can opt for a loan, find an angel investor, but remember not to put a mortgage on your current business. If the new business doesn't work, you should have your back covered !
5. Before taking any concrete action regarding the opening of a second location, make sure you don't have any other option of growing your current business. There are always other options to increase your profits besides opening a new location. Opening a second business requires very high expenses, so do it only if you are sure of the results. If you hesitate, start by building a website, for example, or attend more trade shows! You might discover a national market with low costs!
